Program description
Part-Time MBA Program
The MBA Program is designed to equip participants from all over the world with the skills to master strategy, change and competition in an international context and to advance in their career. We are committed to educate general managers who can function in a variety of jobs and cope with diverse and changing environments.
WHU - Otto Beisheim School of Managements standards of excellence value highly honesty and integrity, mutual trust and respect as the foundations for competent and confident leadership. A maximum class size of 30 ensures excellent mentoring between professors and students.
The Part-Time MBA Program (weekend format) starts at the beginning of September and has a duration of 2 years. The Program aims at qualifying participants to strategically lead companies. The curriculum emphasizes management concepts which foster strategic vision, entrepreneurial spirit, operational excellence, and intercultural awareness. Participants learn to identify complex interdependencies and leverage the knowledge of peers for the advantage of the entire company. Due to the global perspective, an understanding of cultural differences, and how this matters for individual and corporate success, is developed.
