- a recognized undergraduate degree: minimum GPA of 3.0 (i.e. 75%, equivalent to a B average) during the last year of their undergraduate or graduate education.

- Two years full-time work experience with a record of accomplishment in employment

Orientation Program
Before you are immersed in our intense program, we provide you with some introductory information and learning. For three weeks in August, the Rotman School offers the Pre-MBA Program, which features pre-courses and workshops. The complete program includes: international student orientation a welcome event pre-courses in Accounting, Finance and Quantitative Methods professional skills workshops on topics such as: Critical Reading, Academic Writing, Presentation Skills, Excel, Stress Reduction, Getting to Know the Corporate Connections Centre and the Business Information Centre.
Exchange Programs
The Rotman School has established exchange partnerships with a number of first-rate international management schools, allowing you to maximize the international dimension of your MBA education. You can study abroad through a summer exchange program or through a full-term exchange during either the fall or spring terms of the elective year in the Two-Year MBA Program. In Fall 2006 and Spring 2007, 26 second- and third-year students participated in exchanges at 19 leading universities world-wide, studying everywhere from Switzerland to India to Singapore. Starting in 2007, Rotman introduced two-week study tours to China and India, giving students the opportunity to explore the business and cultural environments of these emerging economic superpowers.
