Program description
European Master’s in Customer Relationship Marketing (MERCURI)
Integrated European Master Program, jointly developed and implemented by four European universities:
- Université Grenoble Alpes (France)
- Aschaffenburg University of Applied Sciences (Germany)
- Universidad Cardenal Herrera (Spain)
- University of Economics in Katowice (Poland)
This two-year Master’s program will focus on the critical nature of relations between customers and companies/brands. The program will familiarize students with the complexity of customer behaviors and their determinants; it will also explain rules, conditions and bases of making market decisions and strategies. It will also train students to undertake and manage different activities, aimed at developing successful and sustainable relationships with the company’s main stakeholders. As such, the program will allow students to have a broader perspective based on their better understanding of the customer and their relations with companies.

Students are required to have the following:
- original diploma of higher education – at least Bachelor's degree, legalized or bearing an apostille (if applicable);
- sworn translation of the diploma into Polish or English (in case your study program is conducted in English);
- original diploma supplement / transcript of records and its official translation into Polish (unless it was issued in English);
- a document confirming that your education entitles you to continue education at the university (masters). It is required only if there is no such information on the certificate;
- certificate confirming your proficient command of English (list of certificates);
- passport or personal ID (EU residents);
- document confirming entitlement to study without payment (if applicable);
- document confirming a legal stay in Poland, e.g. a visa (if applicable).

Degree and diploma etc.
Study takes place in the four universities partner countries. Currently, students can receive a double degree diploma and Certificate of Graduation.
Students will get an in-depth, international level of teaching and practical training in European economics, management, marketing, consumer law, customer psychology, behavior, and research but also students will have the chance to develop soft skills in communication, intercultural management or leadership.
