Requisites for Admission
In order to qualify for the Full-Time MBA, candidates must have achieved the following:
- An honours degree (2.2 or higher) or equivalent from an accredited institution
- Relevant professional experience in a management or business-related role or
- Two years in an experiential learning environment
- IELTS 6.0 for non-native English speakers
- Candidates not meeting these formal requirements will be considered on a case-by-case basis

Graduates will be awarded a Master of Business Administration from the Institute of Business and Technology College Dublin.

Program Structure
Ths IBAT Full-Time MBA is comprised of seven core parts. Each is designed to provide candidates with a unique perspective on the various segments of business operations as well as the relevant skill set.
Financial Management
The Financial Management module provides an in-depth study of the financial techniques and processes which govern and enable successful management and informed business strategy.
Contemporary Logistics Management
The Contemporary Logistics Management course will detail the theories, concepts and best practices of today's logistics and supply chain systems, strategies and operations. Candidates will participate in a critical examination of the global logistics processes and assess the principles of Total Quality Management and Just-In-Time.
Strategic Management
Candidates will receive a comprehensive and holistic understanding of Strategic Management as it exists in successful organizations. Students will engage with current thinking in Strategic Management and identify the critical factors of success.
Marketing Management
The Marketing Management module will relate the many marketing channels available as well as relevant thinking practices, techniques and marketing strategies.
Human Resources Management
Th Human Resources Management module enables candidates to develop a critical understanding of HRM in the dynamic and global contexts. First from the perspectives of supporting line managers and then from the viewpoint of sustainable organisational performance, candidates will gain a complete perspective on HR policies and their implementation.
International Business
Today, business is effectively international. During this module, candidates will learn about the global marketplace and its different systems within the contexts of cultures, localized markets and business theory. Students will learn by doing as they engage with and analyze various models of engagement with international markets.
Dissertation and Associated Research Project
Candidates will complete the Full-Time MBA with a final dissertation project. In completing the project, candidates will have the opportunity to put new skills into practice as they plan, organize and carry out a research project. Projects should include both academic and practical perspectives in the analysis of a research problem.
